Dark Chocolate Cupcakes





Ingredients:
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder 3/4 cup
Granulated sugar 1-1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Coffee in boiling water 1/4 cup
Eggs 2 large
Buttermilk 3/4 cup
Semi-dark Chocolate 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp 

Procedure:
STEP 1: Whisk eggs and sugar together. Add vanilla extract.
STEP 2: Add cocoa powder and beat in the mixture gently. Now, add oil and blend in well
STEP 3: Add flour while continuously mixing the batter. Add in Baking powder and Baking soda.
STEP 4: Add melted chocolate and buttermilk together and stir well. Lastly add to the mixture coffee syrup. Make sure everything’s blended in well and no lumps are formed.
Your Batter is ready!

Baking: 
Preheat the oven at 180 Degree Celsius. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
After cooling decorate with Chocolate Butter Cream or Heavy Chocolate Ganache.
You are ready to serve!
