The Repulse

No one did ever notice
The concealed agony that is
Behind those worn smiles
Emotions massively compiled

The world drained of her
everything of all
Yet with the heavy crown
She was walking tall

She still reckons the wish
On a far away star
To be wholly healed
Of the irretrievable scars

Alone facing her fears
Wiping away the tears
Contending by her own
The battle unknown

This struggle with the demons
To make her hopeless and broken
Became the only reason
She outgrew like an ocean

Fighting fiercely
The void darker and vast
Discarding the spell
All the wrongs had cast

With nothing ever
Can she be confined and controlled
Because the will to overcome
Resides in her stubborn soul
